Milan have decided to purchase their club headquarters, Casa Milan, by making an investment worth €42m.
According to Calcio e Finanza, the deal was completed six years after the building was first inaugurated in Via Aldo Rossi.
Also included in Casa Milan are the official club store, ticket office, a restaurant, Milan Museum and the brand new Studios to generate media content.
Milan had a purchase option on the building from Vittoria Assicurazioni, as they had been renting it.

By investing in the purchase of the structure, Milan will save over €2m per year.
They had spent over €15.5m on rent from 2014 to 2020.
