Roma have reportedly chosen former Juventus manager Maurizio Lombardo as their new general secretary.
Il Corriere dello Sport reports the Giallorossi have reached an agreement with Lombardo, who was general secretary at Juventus until October 20.
Lombardo had worked in Turin for almost 10 years and in various positions before the two parties mutually terminated the contract to try something new.
The newspaper highlights Roma only contacted Lombardo after his time at Juventus was over and a few days ago, he turned up at Trigoria to get familiar with the environment.
He will replace Pantaleo Longo, who joined Hellas Verona in November 2020.
