Former Napoli captain Marek Hamsik is reportedly heading back home to Slovan Bratislava after his spell in China with Dalian Yifang.
According to Sky Sport Italia among others, Hamsik has terminated his contract with the Chinese Super League club by mutual consent.
He is expected to sign a three-month deal with Slovan Bratislava before considering his options at the end of the season.
It is a return to his hometown club, where he first started his career in their youth academy in 2003.
Hamsik left in 2004 for Brescia, then moved to Napoli in 2007 and remained for nearly 12 years.
