Italy have chosen Cagliari and Bologna as the host cities for their final pre-Euro 2020 friendlies against San Marino and the Czech Republic.

The tournament was postponed from last summer and is due to run from June 11 to July 11.

Roberto Mancini’s men will have two friendlies between the end of the Serie A season and the start of the competition against Turkey.

They’ll face San Marino at the Sardegna Arena in Cagliari on Friday May 28, kicking off at 19.45 UK time.

The Azzurri hadn’t played in Sardinia for 16 years, since a friendly against Russia in February 2005.

As for Bologna, the Nazionale most recently played there in a 1-1 Nations League draw with Poland in September 2018.
