Napoli forward Dries Mertens seems set to miss the next match against Crotone but should be back for Juventus on April 7.
The Belgian striker remained with the international team despite having hurt his shoulder against Czech Republic.
Mertens started the World Cup Qualifier but was substituted after falling awkwardly onto his shoulder.
Mertens will reportedly not play when Belgium face Belarus tonight, the third match in the qualifiers for Qatar 2022 this month.
Il Corriere dello Sport reports the 33-year-old will most likely be out against Crotone when Serie A returns after the current international break, but the rest this weekend should see him fit for battle when the Partenopei travel to face Juventus.
Juventus-Napoli, scheduled for October last year, will be recovered next week and the Azzurri currently sit two points behind the Old Lady in the battle for top four in Italy.
