Marco Verratti is reportedly a major doubt for the first leg of PSG’s Champions League quarter-final with Bayern Munich due to a thigh strain.
The midfielder left the Italy camp after the 2-0 wins over Northern Ireland and Bulgaria with an injury.
According to RMC Sport, Verratti has a lesion to the thigh and is expected to miss this weekend’s Ligue 1 game with Lille.
He is also a major doubt for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich.
That is set for April 7 in Munich, with the return match on April 13.
Bayern Munich already announced today that Robert Lewandowski will be out for a month with a strained knee ligament he sustained on international duty with Poland.
That means the hitman will miss both legs of the quarter-final.
