Torino hope to sway Belotti with new deal linked to the Europa League

President Urbano Cairo works to convince Andrea Belotti and will reportedly offer a deal that guarantees a sale in 2022 if Torino won’t reach Europe.

Tuttosport reveals Cairo’s new plan, as the patron studies the details in order to convince the captain to extend his say in Turin.

With reports of interest from Olympique Lyonnais in Ligue 1 and suggested transfers to Roma and Milan, the report claims Torino prepare to offer the Italy international a bumper new deal.

According to the newspaper, the patron would be ready to offer a deal guaranteeing a sale in 2022 if Toro don’t qualify for Europe.

Belotti has always put the competitiveness of the project first and the Granata hierarchy has identified a solution to build a team around their captain, aiming for a place in the Europa League.

But the new deal would reportedly contain a clause that would free the striker in the event of a disappointing result.
