Former striker Luca Toni said he’s not impressed by Juventus talisman Cristiano Ronaldo’s attitude. ‘I was very selfish, but I remained on the pitch to celebrate’.
The former Juventus forward, who also played for Palermo, Fiorentina, Roma, Genoa and Hellas Verona, spoke to Tuttosport about the Portuguese international.
“He’s very important for Juventus,” Toni said. “He’s the leading goalscorer, he scored a lot.
“But I’m not impressed by some of his attitude towards the group. I think back to when I was playing.
“I was very selfish and if I didn’t score, I still remained on the pitch to celebrate anyway. I endured the disappointment.”
The World Cup winner only played 15 competitive games during his one-year stint at the Old Lady, scoring twice in the process.
