Claudio Marchisio's wife reveals the former Juventus midfielder and his family tested positive for COVID.
"We tested positive for COVID, the whole family contacted the virus, except Davide," Roberta Sinopoli wrote on Instagram.
"Thank God we feel well, now we are waiting for the result of the last molecular test."
The couple has two children, Leonardo and Davide.
"Leo and Claudio have always been asymptomatic, while I've lost taste and smell," Mrs. Marchisio added.
Marchisio's wife revealed the couple was placed in quarantine 17 days ago.
The former midfielder retired from football in October 2019. He is now a pundit for Italy national television RAI.
He played 389 games across ten seasons at Juventus with whom he won 15 titles, including seven Scudetto.
