“We had such a long journey to get here and won almost every match. The first leg went badly, but we will try to start well tonight and not concede goals,” Karsdorp told Roma TV.
The first leg ended 6-2 at Old Trafford, so the Giallorossi would need to win 4-0 in order to qualify.
That was only their second Europa League defeat this season, along with two draws and nine victories.
“We prepared this game the same way we do every other fixture, it’s not like losing 6-2 will transform all our plans. We have to go out there with determination.”
