The Old Lady increased their lead at the top of the table on Sunday as they beat Roma 4-0, while Milan were held to a 1-1 home draw by Bologna.

“We haven’t clinched the title yet – five games are left and we must continue in this way,” stated the Chilean.

“We’ve certainly given an important signal to the championship, not only with the victory over Roma, but with several excellent performances over the whole season.”

Vidal played an instrumental role in Sunday’s destruction of the Giallorossi as he grabbed two goals within the first 10 minutes of the tie.

“When I play, I always try to give my heart,” added the summer signing from Bayer Leverkusen. “If our opponents possess the ball then I must regain it.

“Perhaps this has been my best game since I joined Juventus. I’m happy with our win, for myself, but especially for the squad.

“It was a difficult tie, but here in Italy all matches are tricky. Now we must address the remaining fixtures like we did against the Giallorossi.”

The Bianconeri are next in action on Wednesday when they travel to relegation-threatened Cesena.
