Diego Forlan is paying no attention to the transfer rumours which are suggesting an Inter exit this summer.

The Uruguayan is being linked with a numbers of clubs in Europe and South America, but his agent has cooled the speculation.

“I’m hearing a lot of talk about his future and his options, but Diego’s idea is to remain at Inter until the end of his contract,” Daniel Bolotnicoff told FC Inter News.

“He wants to stay at this club and win wearing the Nerazzurri colours.

“I’ll tell you the truth – I can guarantee that I haven’t been in contact or have even had a conversation with any other club.

“Diego is an Inter player and is only thinking as one for now and the future.”

The 32-year-old joined the club in the summer from Atletico Madrid on a deal until 2013, but he has struggled with form and fitness.

The former Manchester United man has scored just two goals in 20 appearances for the Beneamata this term.
