Marcello Lippi has reportedly set off for China where he will sign a long-term contract with club side Guangzhou Evergrande.
The 2006 World Cup winner has long been linked with the job and insisted he was still considering his options.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Lippi is already en route to China with staff members Pezzotti, Rampulla, Gaudino and Maddaloni.
It’s believed he has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract and will be presented to the media tomorrow.
