Lo Monaco could become the Grifone’s new director general after quitting Catania this summer, while De Canio is hoping to be confirmed as Coach.

Rossoblu chief Enrico Preziosi has admitted his desire to take a step back and let someone else run the club on a daily basis given their difficulties this term.

That man could be Lo Monaco who, according to Sky Sport Italia, has spoken to De Canio during a meeting in Milan.

De Canio was appointed late into the season after the 4-1 home loss to Siena which saw Alberto Malesani replaced for the second time this term.
