Spain face Italy on June 10 and manager Vicente Del Bosque admits he is “worried about Andrea Pirlo.”

The opening Group C game between the two nations is coming up fast and Spain have a friendly test against China tomorrow evening.

“I am worried about China, but I am much more worried about Pirlo,” said Del Bosque.

“We want to prepare well for this friendly, because I don’t trust any opponent. The long season is not a handicap, as everyone arrived perfectly fit to the training camp.”

There are still question marks over Cesc Fabregas, though, after David Villa and Carles Puyol were forced out of the tournament.

“The medical staff tell me he is proceeding well and could recover in time.”
