FIGC President Giancarlo Abete notes reaching the Final “is already a success for Italy, but we want to continue dreaming.”
The Azzurri take on Spain in Kiev this evening for the Euro 2012 trophy.
“It is clear that considering the atmosphere and issues that preceded the tournament that it is already a success for Italy to have reached the Final,” said Abete on Sky Sport Italia.
“Obviously now that we are here we want to continue dreaming.
“I saw the 1968 European Championship victory and I saw another two Finals, so we will continue dreaming.
“At times the dreams come true, but the important thing is to carry on holding on to those dreams.”
