Reports emerging from the latest round of negotiations between Inter and Palermo for Matias Silvestre have the two in disagreement over price.

Reports emerging from the latest round of negotiations between Inter and Palermo for Matias Silvestre have the two in disagreement over price.

Rosanero sporting director Giorgio Perinetti hinted to reporters today that there was an issue between the clubs, and it appears to be over the Nerazzurri’s valuation.

Marco Branca has reportedly proposed that the San Siro side take Silvestre on an initial year-long loan at a cost of €2m, with a further €4m due if they decide to make the deal permanent next summer.

However, that falls below the €7m that Palermo paid Catania for the defender a year ago and also their current €10m valuation of the Argentine.
