The representative of the Real Madrid star was seen again leaving the Rossoneri offices in Via Turati this afternoon.
“Did we talk about Kaka? Yes, but don’t ask me to say any more than that,” Paolillo told Sky Sport Italia cameras.
Last night Galliani was asked if the dinner meant a potential return for the Brazilian who left for £56m in 2009.
“Some loves never die, they just go round and come back again,” was his response.
Kaka is thought to be unhappy under Jose Mourinho in Madrid and would relish the opportunity to return to San Siro.
