There were fears Cavani would walk away from Naples after his wife Soledad was mugged near the Stadio San Paolo this week, robbed of a watch worth €18,000.
“The men who attacked my wife were not Napoli fans, not the kind I have learned to know and appreciate in these years.
“This incident certainly won’t make me move away from under the shadow of Vesuvius.”
