Gabriel Heinze has been frozen out of the Roma squad, so he is considering proposals from Parma, Bologna and Olympiacos.

The Argentine defender realised his time at the Olimpico had come to an end when he was left out of the squad going to Austria for a pre-season training camp last week.

Coach Zdenek Zeman confirmed it was “a technical decision” and not dictated by injury.

This means Heinze is on the market, though he could well remain in Serie A.

According to TMW, Parma and Bologna have both shown an interest for the former Manchester United star, while Greek side Olympiacos are also in the race.

It’s reported that Heinze is hesitating, as he hopes Zeman will change his mind.
