“There are no problems compared to what was seen when he was at Milan,” Doctor Benazzo told Sky Sport Italia at the San Matteo di Pavia hospital.

“His heart is fine.”

The striker is ready to complete a transfer to Inter in exchange for Giampaolo Pazzini and €7m cash.

Cassano returned to football on April 7 and was able to take part in Italy’s Euro 2012 campaign.
