Gigi De Canio still has “doubts” on whether to field Marco Borriello, Ciro Immobile and Bosko Jankovic in a trident as Genoa welcome Juventus.

The Coach has two ex-Bianconeri strikers to choose from in the Sunday afternoon game. Click here for a match preview.

“Will I change system? Anything is possible, but the more important thing will be the mentality of the players,” said De Canio.

“I have a few doubts on my starting XI, because this is the first time we’re playing in the afternoon heat and the temperature will be a factor. Some players still don’t have 90 minutes in their legs.

“Borriello is a great professional and is training well. He doesn’t need to be any more fired up than anyone else just because he’s facing his former club.

“Motivation comes by itself against Juventus. They have a mentally strong side with great quality. Are Juve rotating the squad? I certainly wouldn’t consider Lucio or Alessandro Matri second string players.”
