Roberto Donadoni feels Parma “could’ve won with a little more belief” after fighting back for a point against Milan and discusses his contract renewal.

“I am satisfied with the result, even though we probably could’ve won with a little more belief,” said the Coach after a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Tardini.

“We played three games in seven days and a few players were able to have consistent performances.”

Donadoni has been tipped as a potential replacement for under-fire Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri next season.

“It’s only normal that there is a lot of pressure around that job, but it’s best to leave the Rossoneri to work in peace. Don’t forget Allegri has already won a Scudetto and finished second, so he proved that he deserves to be there.”

Parma hinted this week that they could offer Donadoni a contract renewal.

“I am in sync with the directors and am prepared to sign, as I feel that I can face the future at the helm of this team.”
