Gian Piero Gasperini expects Palermo to face a very tough test against Roma on Sunday evening, as Zdenek Zeman’s football “can be extraordinary.”

Both sides squandered leads midweek, as the Rosanero went from 2-0 up to 2-2 with Milan, while the Giallorossi were 1-0 up in Parma before losing 3-2.

“We are a team who give off a sense of being not quite complete, but we did deserve a few more points and should be in a more comfortable position,” he said in his Press conference.

“Roma are a side capable of doing well against anyone. We know they have had some difficulties and must try to take advantage.

“Zeman’s football can be extraordinary in certain ways, while in others there are excellent elements and some that don’t quite work.

“We want to play well against Roma and don’t intend to be pegged back by their spectacular approach.”

Massimo Donati is out of action with a thigh problem, joining Mauro Cetto and Abel Hernandez on the treatment table.

“Donati is a very important player for us in terms of constructing the play, so he will be sorely missed,” added Gasperini.
