Deschamps explains Pogba omission

France Coach Didier Deschamps has explained his decision to leave Paul Pogba out of the squad for the friendly against Italy.

Les Bleus travel to Parma to face Cesare Prandelli's men on Wednesday November 14, but will do so without the Juventus midfielder.

And the 44-year-old tactician has specified why the Bianconeri starlet has not been included for the match, despite putting in a string of good quality performances for Antonio Conte's side.

“Paul Pogba has potential,” he told a Press conference. “But there are still a lot of steps he has to follow.”
