Line-ups: Napoli-Roma

Goran Pandev supports Edinson Cavani, but Pablo Daniel Osvaldo is dropped as Napoli welcome Roma in a head-to-head for third place.

The Derby del Sud is always a spectacular encounter and expectations are always high when Zdenek Zeman rolls into town.

Napoli ended 2012 with four consecutive defeats in all competition and a last-gasp win at Siena, while they were docked two points in the betting scandal that saw Paolo Cannavaro and Gianluca Grava banned for six months.

Roma are on a roll with six wins from their last seven, though Marquinhos is suspended, while Francesco Totti and Osvaldo have been suffering from flu this week and the latter has not recovered in time to start.

Instead, Mattia Destro completes the trident with Totti and Erik Lamela.

The Giallorossi spent the winter break in Florida at Disney World.

Thanks to the surprise results so far this weekend, whoever wins this match will go into third place.
