And the Slovakian international has admitted that the three points they got at Stadio Ennio Tardini are just the left they needed.
“It was a very difficult game,” he told the club's official website. “But nevertheless, we got the three points, and they were so important.
“We saw Saturday's result and we knew they had gone in our favour, so it was vital that won.
“Parma started the game well, but luckily we got into it towards the end.
“We were all happy at the final whistle, because these points were huge in the context of the season.”
