Parma boss Roberto Donadoni believes former club Milan have what is needed to wrap up Champions League qualification against Barcelona this evening.

Although the Diavolo will face a fired up Barca without the Cup-tied Mario Balotelli and the injured Giampaolo Pazzini, Donadoni is backing the Italian club after their 2-0 first leg win.

“I don’t think that the absence of Pazzini will be felt,” the former Diavolo winger told Milan News on Tuesday.

“We are talking about a Milan squad of the highest level. Whoever plays will not be affected by those who are missing.

“I expect a Milan side that is able to qualify, even if that won’t be easy – it will be a complicated game,” he added.

“Milan can certainly take advantage of the opportunities that Barcelona will offer them.

“There could also be some notable counter-attacking opportunities given that Barcelona will be pushing to the maximum.

“There will be possibilities to do them harm.”
