Former Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar has rubbished transfer links with Milan. “I’m still an Interista in my heart.”

The Corriere della Sera recently claimed that the Brazilian international would be signed by the Diavolo from QPR at the end of the season.

But, in an interview with the Gazzetta dello Sport, the custodian says he’s happy with life in the Premiership.

“Will I return to Milan? No,” he responded. “I’m learning a new language in London, the city is beautiful and my family is happy.”

“I was certainly not treated well by Inter, but I’m still an Interista in my heart,” he added. “I love Italy, but I’ve been won over by the environment here.”
