Catania President Antonino Pulvirenti promised new signings, but warned he doesn’t agree with Massimo Moratti’s accusations of “an anti-Inter conspiracy.”
Moratti caused shockwaves after the 4-3 defeat to Atalanta” data-scaytid=”82″>Atalanta on Sunday evening when he declared he “no longer believes in the good faith of referees.”
Pulvirenti has often been among the most outspoken Presidents in Serie A, but was not impressed with the Nerazzurri’s tone.
“I do not agree with those claiming there is an anti-Inter conspiracy. Moratti should remember the penalty that wasn’t given to Catania at San Siro this season,” Pulvirenti told ItaSportPress.
“We did not complain, other than for the incident that happened with Juventus” data-scaytid=”92″>Juventus at the Massimino.”
Juve won 1-0 with an offside goal after Catania had a strike incorrectly chalked off.
Pulvirenti also commented on the Elefantini’s amazing season and their push for Europe.

“I don’t know who will be leaving in June, but we are already working on the Catania of the future. We already have a deal for two important South Americans who will wear the Catania jersey next term.
