It’s Maxi Lopez against Fabrizio Miccoli in the fiery Sicilian derby between Catania and Palermo.

These two bitter rivals are geared up for what Rosanero Coach Devis Mangia called “the mother of all games.”

Maxi Lopez is given a rare start ahead of a potential January move to Milan, as the Elefantini are without David Suazo, Marco Biagianti and the suspended Nicolas Spolli.

Palermo have both Afriyie Acquah and Ezequiel Munoz banned, joining the injured Abel Hernandez, Eran Zahavi, Alexandros Tzorvas and Pisano.

It means Miccoli again leads the way with support from Josip Ilicic and Nicolas Bertolo.
