The Serie B outfit have given Bisoli, who replaced Nicola Campedelli after just three League games this term, a new two-year contract with the option for a third.
Bisoli, 46, is in his second stint at a club whom he led from Serie C to Serie A promotion in successive seasons.
Cesena are fifteenth in the Second Division after a problematic campaign following their relegation from the top flight.
