The Biancocelesti are torn between fielding the best team possible against Cagliari in a bid to secure Europa League qualification and resting their stars ahead of the Coppa Italia Final with Roma on May 26.
Radu is not rushed back after fracturing his nose, while Hernanes is rested due to a muscular problem.
Floccari had been expected to miss out with a calf injury, but he is surprisingly named in the squad travelling to the Stadio Nereo Rocco in Trieste.
Cristian Ledesma, Eddy Onazi and Giuseppe Biava are also included despite fitness concerns.
