Line-ups: Roma-Napoli

The Derby del Sole sees Roma and Napoli go head-to-head, two of the most prolific and unpredictable teams in Serie A.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, click here for a match preview.

The Giallorossi have numerous problems going in, as Francesco Totti is suspended with Daniele De Rossi, Federico Balzaretti, Marquinhos and Maarten Stekelenburg injured.

They are also distracted by next week’s Coppa Italia Final with arch-rivals Lazio, which is their best chance of qualifying for Europe.

Mattia Destro therefore steps into the attack supported by Erik Lamela, Miralem Pjanic and Marquinho, leaving Pablo Daniel Osvaldo on the bench.

Napoli Coach Walter Mazzarri will only announce his decision after the game, but it seems likely that this is his final appearance on the Partenopei bench.

It could well also be Edinson Cavani’s swansong, as rumours persist on his future, but he is set to become the first Napoli Capocannoniere since Diego Armando Maradona.

Lorenzo Insigne is suspended and Hugo Campagnaro sidelined.

Roma: Lobont; Torosidis, Burdisso, Castan, Dodò; Bradley, Tachtsidis; Lamela, Pjanic, Marquinho; Destro

Napoli: Rosati; Rolando, Cannavaro, Britos; Maggio, Behrami, Dzemaili, Hamsik, Zuniga; Pandev, Cavani
