The striker spoke to Sky Sport Italia ahead of tonight’s game with Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
“Mazzarri told us he will announce after the game whether he’ll stay or not,” said Pandev.
“It’s a real shame, because he has done such great things, but life continues. Football and Napoli continue even without Mazzarri.”
Although there is thought to be interest from Inter, Roma and Anzhi, it is also possible Mazzarri will take some time off.
