Roma and Lazio ultras have reportedly made a pact to avoid clashes before Sunday’s Coppa Italia Final.

The kick-off time was moved to 17.00 in the UK (18.00 local) to help police the event, which is at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

There were huge fears after violent clashes in April’s Serie A derby, with both clubs warned trouble could mean the next meeting is behind closed doors.

It is now reported that the Roma and Lazio ultras have sealed a pact to avoid any problems before, during or after the game tomorrow night.

They also worked out a plan so the supporters of each team will approach the stadium from different sides of the city.

Roma supporters will approach the Olimpico via Ponte della Musica, while the Lazio fans go through Ponte Milvio.

These are the organised ultras groups, although it is hoped individuals will also adhere to the pact.
