The Moroccan playmaker endured a terrible campaign with the Partenopei last time out, playing seven League games for Walter Mazzarri's men.
But it seems that the Toro are set to offer the 22-year-old an escape from Stadio San Paolo.
“We have had excellent negotiations with El Kaddouri and [his agent] Mino Raiola,” he told Tuttosport.
“And the same goes for Napoli.
“We are in a good place.”
