Bologna have extended Gianluca Curci’s loan from Roma for another season, whilst Torino have picked up Matteo Brighi’s playing rights.

Curci, who spent last season on loan with the Felsinei, has been confirmed by both Bologna and the Giallorossi as having his temporary deal with the Emilia-Romagna outfit extended by another 12 months.

As part of the agreement reached for the 27-year-old, Bologna have a purchase option of €1.2m in place, which Roma can outbid next summer with a counter-option set at €2.5m.

Meanwhile, midfielder Brighi has returned to Torino on a permanent deal for an undisclosed amount, after spending last season on loan in Turin.

The 32-year-old is believed to have signed a one-year contract to continue with Giampiero Ventura’s side, with an option in place for a second year.

Elsewhere, Roma have also confirmed Marco D’Alessandro’s loan to Cesena and Jose Angel’s extended loan agreed last week at Real Sociedad.
