Hugo Campagnaro has called for patience after his Inter side’s 2-0 win over Feralpi Salo on Tuesday.

The summer signing from Napoli scored the Nerazzurri’s opener, while Rodrigo Palacio netted the second.

“We'll need to do a lot better, but we've only been working on tactics for a week,” the Argentine told Inter Channel.

“Our legs are finding it a bit hard and our heads are working faster at the moment,” the centre-back continued.

“First we need to produce the football we are aiming for and then we can be judged when the harder games come around.”

Inter beat Vicenza 3-0 on Monday.

“We've just had two games in as many days and what's more we played at a different altitude today, so we had to deal with some serious heat for the first time,” noted boss Walter Mazzarri.

“We found it quite hard but the lads have dealt with the workload well. Everything's going according to schedule. We're happy.

“The signs that we're getting at the moment are relative, the most important thing is that everyone is putting maximum effort into it.”
