Norwich City are set to increase their offer for Juventus striker Fabio Quagliarella after a £7m proposal was rejected.

The Bianconeri have made it clear they need to whittle down their squad after the arrival of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente, so Quagliagol is on the transfer list.

Last month the Canaries had an initial £7m bid turned down for the 30-year-old, but according to the Daily Mirror they are coming back with new terms.

He scored 13 goals in 35 games in all competition for Juventus last season, including nine in Serie A and four in the Champions League.
