“Playing for Verona is an important step in my career. After six years in Holland, it was the right time for a change of scenery,” he said.
“I always liked Italian football and when I received the call from Verona I didn’t think twice. It wasn’t difficult for me to accept this offer.
“I am very enthusiastic, want to make my mark and do well. The club has great fans and I want to repay their faith in me.”
