Line-ups: Livorno-Roma

The tension is sky high at Roma as they visit Livorno with Gervinho and Erik Lamela surprisingly dropped.

It kicks off at 19.45 UK time in the Stadio Armando Picchi in Livorno. Click here for a match preview.

Giallorossi fans have been protesting all summer at the Coppa Italia Final defeat to Lazio, plus the perceived weakening of the team by selling Marquinhos and Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.

Lamela is reportedly on the coverge of a move to Tottenham and is in the squad, but tellingly left on the bench.

Gervinho was expected to start with Francesco Totti, but the former Arsenal man can only make his Serie A debut as a substitute.

Instead, Marco Borriello is the surprise pick with Alessandro Florenzi, though summer signings Morgan De Sanctis, Douglas Maicon and Mehdi Benatia play.

Livorno won the promotion play-offs for their return to the top flight and kept hold of star striker Paulinho.

Alfred Duncan, Ibrahima Mbaye and Francesco Bardi are all on loan from Inter and very impressive Under-21 internationals.

Livorno: Bardi; Bernardini, Emerson, Valentini; Schiattarella, Luci, Greco, Duncan, Lambrughi; Dionisi, Paulinho

Roma: De Sanctis; Maicon, Benatia, Castan, Balzaretti; Bradley, De Rossi, Pjanic; Florenzi, Borriello, Totti
