Line-ups: Sampdoria-Roma

Roma hope to maintain their 100 per cent record with a visit to Sampdoria, where they haven’t won for six years, but revamp their attack.

It kicks off at Marassi at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), click here for a match preview.

Rudi Garcia could not have had a better start to his Serie A career, notching up four consecutive victories including a 2-0 win over arch rivals Lazio on Sunday.

Confidence is sky high going into the Stadio Luigi Ferraris and it has to be, as Roma haven’t won here since 2007-08.

Mattia Destro, Michael Bradley and Vasilis Torosidis are on the treatment table.

Francesco Totti is rested despite his excellent record against Samp, forming a new trident of Marquinho, Gervinho and Marco Borriello.

Adem Ljajic is on the bench and will be steering clear of Coach Delio Rossi, who was famously sacked by Fiorentina after slapping the player in the wake of a substitution.

Sampdoria, on the other hand, are battling to stay afloat after a 3-0 Genoa Derby defeat and have only two points so far this season.

Forward Eder is still out of action due to injury, so Manolo Gabbiadini starts with Sansone, but they switch to a 4-4-2 and drop Angelo Palombo.
