“I’m honoured to be a part of Inter, I’m proud to be owned by one of the most important clubs in Europe,” the on-loan goalkeeper noted.

“However, I’m just totally focused on Livorno right now. This is the team of my city and I will give my all for them until the end of the season.”

The Italian Under-21 international re-joined the Amaranto in the summer after a loan spell at Novara.

“This will be a special game for me,” he continued ahead of the San Siro clash. “We must not be distracted by the emotions of playing at that stadium.

“If we walk out on to the pitch without excessive tension, which generates fear, then we can try and achieve a feat.”
