The Azzurri are now third in the standings, three points behind the Old Lady and four adrift of a Roma side who also defeated them this term.
“It was an important game at Juventus, but not decisive,” the attacking midfielder noted on his personal website today.
“We are saddened by the loss, but the championship is long. Fortunately, Roma drew at the weekend so the teams at the top are very close.
“We are only at Week 12 and everything is still in our own hands – we’ll still have to play Roma and Juventus again in Spring.”
Both of those encounters will take place at the Stadio San Paolo.
