Japan Coach Alberto Zaccheroni believes Italy can be pleased with their group stage draw for the World Cup.

The Azzurri have been placed alongside Uruguay, England and Costa Rica for next summer’s tournament, and the Italian tactician, who is now in charge of the Asian side, is confident that Cesare Prandelli’s men can progress.

Japan Coach Alberto Zaccheroni believes Italy can be pleased with their group stage draw for the World Cup.

The Azzurri have been placed alongside Uruguay, England and Costa Rica for next summer’s tournament, and the Italian tactician, who is now in charge of the Asian side, is confident that Cesare Prandelli’s men can progress.

“Considering Italy weren’t seeded, I think it went well,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“I think Italy’s problem is going to be the climate and the venues for the games.”
