Line-ups: Roma-Sampdoria

Radja Nainggolan gets his Roma debut in today’s Coppa Italia Round of 16 against Sampdoria.

It kicks off at 17.00 GMT and the winner will go on to face Juventus in the quarter-finals.

Nainggolan arrived this week from Cagliari on loan with an option to buy half his contract at the end of the season.

He is thrown straight into the starting XI at the Stadio Olimpico for this Coppa Italia tie, joined by Daniele De Rossi and veteran Rodrigo Taddei.

Adem Ljajic, Mattia Destro and Alessandro Florenzi complete the trident attack.

It is also the debut for Polish goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski.

Sampdoria recently suffered their first defeat under Sinisa Mihajlovic, who replaced Delio Rossi mid-season.

The Serbian Coach also barred Ljajic from the national team because the striker refused to sing the national anthem.

Roma: Skorupski; Torosidis, Burdisso, Castan, Dodò; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Taddei; Florenzi, Destro, Ljajic

Sampdoria: Fiorillo; Rodriguez, Salamon, Fornasier, Castellini; Maresca, Obiang; Wszolek, Bjarnason, Sansone; Pozzi
