The club had appointed Perotti after sacking Davide Nicola this morning.
Perotti already works for the club as their technical director and was talked out of retirement to be their caretaker manager.
However, Sky Sport Italia claim he has changed his mind after angry Livorno ultras broke into his presentation Press conference today.
The incident concerned Perotti, who could well turn down the opportunity to go back into a Coach role.
