The Rossobli released a statement confirming the two transfers on the penultimate day of the January window.
Swedish midfielder Friberg has arrived from Malmö, just two weeks after turning 28. It is a permanent transfer and he will wear the Number 11 jersey.
Friberg had two senior international caps for Sweden.
Bologna also loaned defender Radakovic to Serie B side Novara with an option to buy at the end of the season.
