Milan have confirmed the signing of Adel Taarabt from Queens Park Rangers on an initial loan deal until the end of the season.

The creative midfielder was midway through a season long loan to Fulham, but yesterday flew out to Milan to undergo medical tests and sign off on a temporary switch out to the Rossoneri.

On from dinner yesterday evening with Adriano Galliani, when it is understood that the player put pen to paper on his contract, the Diavolo have today completed all formalities and announced the move.

“Milan communicate that the player Adel Taarabt has been acquired from QPR on loan the option to sign,” read Milan’s statement released.

It is believed that the purchase option Milan will hold in place come the end of the season is set for a fee of €7m.
